This is a 3 bed-room, 10 person max, luxury condo with 2 king sized beds, a sleeper sofa and a custom built queen over queen Ozark cedar bed! It is located on the 2nd floor with no condo above it. It has 16 stairs to reach the front door. It has brand 4 UHD Samsung smart TVs in the Condo. 4K UHD Blu-Ray player. Samsung TV Plus & Verizon 5G high speed Wi-Fi. Washer & Dryer in condo. Full access to 24/7 fitness center, seasonal outdoor & indoor heated pool, hot tub, grille & bar, tennis/pickleball courts & reduced price for 18-hole golf course. A 5 minutes walk to the Clubhouse. Whirlpool tub in the master bathroom.

We recently renovated this condo with brand new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, brand new pillow top mattresses with Premium MyPillow pillows on every bed (even the sleeper sofa!), and ADA chair height toilets throughout. The master bedroom has a firm Purple Restore Hybrid king mattress!

Amenities

This condo has a private balcony and is a short walk to Lake Taneycomo’s private access point to fish, play or kayak/canoe! At the end of Wimbledon Dr where the private access point is to the lake, you can also find the resort’s community BBQ grills, picnic tables and a playground for the kids.

When you reserve online, directly from this website, through 2024 you’ll receive a FREE voucher for up to 2 players to play 18-holes at the award winning Pointe Royale Golf Village! You must ask for the voucher when Don texts you upon making your reservation. You can rent a cart and clubs from the Pro Shop too!

(Cleaning Fee - $145)

January 2 - February 29 = $159/night

March 1 - May 22 = $229/night

May 23 – January 1, 2025 = $269/night

Cancellation Policy & Security Deposit

50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

90% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 5 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after.

Security Deposit: A pre-authorization of 20% or $500.00 is due 1 days before arrival and released 4 days after departure. Whichever is greater.
