This is a 1 bed-room, 4 person max, luxury condo with a sleeper sofa. It is on located on the 2nd floor with no condo above it. It has 16 stairs to reach the front door. It has a 55" Samsung smart TV with (1) 40" Samsung UHD smart TV in the bedroom. Samsung TV Plus & Verizon 5G high speed Wi-Fi. Washer & Dryer in condo. Full access to 24/7 fitness center, seasonal outdoor and heated indoor pool, hot tub, grille & bar, tennis/pickleball courts and reduced price for 18-hole golf course. Kitchen has everything you need to cook “at home”. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony as golfers finish their day on the 18th green. Pergo floors, updated kitchen and bathroom as well as a firm Purple Restore Hybrid king sized bed all make this the perfect getaway.

Amenities

This Condo is on the second floor and does have a seating area both at the front door and balcony. A USB outlet is installed in the kitchen to charge your electronics easier as well as secured Wi-Fi. We also provided all the pots, pans, cutlery and plates necessary for a worry free experience! A small fan, iron with ironing board, extra pillows, shampoo and conditioner and other niceties are all provided.

Travel Insurance

Branson Knights now offers all of their guests travel insurance to protect their trip in case of cancellation, interruption or an early departure. It covers 30 different issues, including COVID, and will provide peace of mind leading up to and during your vacation. Extras

When you reserve online, directly from this website, through 2024 you’ll receive a FREE voucher for up to 2 players to play 18-holes at the award winning Pointe Royale Golf Village! You must ask for the voucher when Don texts you upon making your reservation. You can rent a cart and clubs from the Pro Shop too!

Dogs

The 18th Hole is NOW ACCEPTING DOGS. Dogs over 30lbs are not permitted and certain restrictions do apply. No more than 2 dogs permitted due to The Pointe’s policies. Photo of dog(s) MUST be sent to Branson Knights prior to acceptance. There is a $100 non-refundable fee. Add “Fur Baby Fee” at check out.

The Pointe requires that the dog(s) remain leashed while outside the condo and ALL poop is collected when walking the dog(s) outside. We require that the dog(s) remained kenneled when no one is inside the condo and the dog(s) stay off the beds and furniture at all times during the entirety of the vacation. Should you fail to disclose your dog(s) and bring them anyways, you agree to forfeit the entire security deposit. Everything still applies to service animals however we do require that they remain with the owner the entire time and are never left alone in the condo. We live near the resort and are on property everyday.

2024 Rates

(Cleaning Fee - $65)

January 2 - February 29 = $69/night

March 1 - May 22 = $99/night

May 23 – January 1, 2025 = $129/night

*2 night minimum throughout 2024

Cancellation Policy & Security Deposit

50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

90% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 5 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after.

Security Deposit: A pre-authorization of 20% or $500.00 is due 1 days before arrival and released 4 days after departure. Whichever is greater.
